While creating the folder(s) is possible, if somewhat tortuous, utilising them when creating a reply and especially after the message has been sent is no easy feat because the information relating to the folder from which the message is created is not recorded with the message. I have racked my brains but cannot come up with a viable solution for how this could be achieved.
