You can't do that without a 3rd party add-in but you can come close by having replies stay in the same folder as the original email. The option is located (in Outlook) by going to File...Options...Mail, under the "Save Messages" area and says "When replying to a message that is not in the Inbox, save the reply in the same folder".

Appreciate the help
 Is there any way this can be done retroactively on mails already sent, so they get moved to that folder?
