Outlook Stumped is on a distinguished road
Default Outlook saved form/template

i am new to MS Outlook. i am needing to develop a form/template to be used by others in the network filling out an interview schedule. i googled what i have done so far, and feel like i am very close, but something is obviously missing.i have gone through Developer, designed a form. It brings up Message, P2 P3 etc. I wrote a simple message and on P2 have added labels and text boxes, changed via properties the field color from opaque to transparent. tab ordered the fields. Saved it. When i test it, bringing it up via Home, New Items... filling out the fields, sending it to myself - i see the form/template, see the message, but on P2 the fields are there but the fields are blank. Nothing i typed in the fields are there. Please advise - it is very appreciated. I have been working on this for 2 days and feel very defeated. Thank you!
