Very helpful. Those are the things I've done. It's just that the way I use Outlook needs to change I guess. Previously I only had to check one Inbox, empty one Sent and Deleted Items folder, and manage one Junk folder. I had to maintain and compact only one data file.

Now I need to do seven separately. I can see benefits to the new layout but I'll have to get used to 'the new way'.
