Default Help with How to Backup an outlook intray folder

Hi Folks

I have a laptop that is limping along. We have a new laptop running for some time. We have a folder under the inbox on the old machine that we would like to copy to the new computer.

I have tried following the export / import process in Office 2013. I can see the files on the memory stick. But I cant open the intray in the memory stick to get the requires folder.

How can I copy this folder only from the old to the new. Or merge the two copies of out look if possible.

The old Outlook is 2013 and the new version is Office home and Business 2016.

Help appreciated.

Cheers for the new year. John Quigley
