OneDrive allows you to set it up so the file remains only in the cloud and a "shadow" notation is made in the file structure of the local drive so that when the file is needed it is retrieved but remains in the cloud, thus saving space on the local drive.
I'll try this with the OPEN command in Outlook and see if it works. Thanks. |

I have yet to try to open the pst file. Do you know if after I Open the old pst file, there is a way to "Close" the file? I don't see such an option.
Or, after it is Opened, will it Close automatically when Outlook is closed? Thanks. |
