Outlook, as I’m sure you know, is a program which is very customisable and what you might see, or not see, can be very different to another users Outlook due to individual preferences and personal customisations, views etc.

Are you referring to the Bcc tab as shown in the image below?
This doesn’t give a count as such but can show the actual Bcc additions when the ‘tab’ is expanded.



If this is the tab that is wanted, depending what view you have, it can be included if any of the existing ‘Columns’ is Right clicked > View settings > Columns > Select available columns from: dropdown menu > Address fields > Bcc > Add > OK. (the Bcc can be moved by using the Move Up/Down options if required to position tab) > OK > OK.
Locate the Bcc tab > Expand to see Bcc recipients.
