locked out of outlook
Hi all
My new account that has been set up for a week has been temp suspended, and i cannot gain access, i have tried to get the code sent to my phone but it says it has not sent and that 'Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow.' Not sure what that means, i have tried to get help on the 'contact us' but you need to be logged in to talk to some one. I am very annoyed as there is no explanation as to why i have been locked out and i have important emails to get ? Please help, How to i speak to an actual person to unlock the account ?
