I just had the "Bulk Mail" folders appear in Outlook for my AOL accounts also. I didn't uninstall and reinstall the counts like the previous poster did, they just showed up. I don't want them, I want to get rid of them! There has to be some way to do this. Any ideas?
By the way, I'm actually running Outlook 365 under Windows 10, not on a Mac like the PP.
