Hello.

Please follow the instructions below to stop Automatic Sync in Outlook 2003.

1. Open Outlook 2003.
2. Select the Tools Menu.
3. Choose Send/Receive.
4. Click Send/Receive Settings.
5. In the Send/Receive Settings window, disable Scheduled Send/Receive.
