years ago I installed icloud (or whatever it was called then) with outlook 2010 and it totally screwed up all my contacts, emails folders, everything. what a mess. when checking emails they went into wrong folders, etc. just a total mess. removed it and spent days getting outlook back into order.



recently, I don't know for how long, my iPhone 8 doesn't sync contacts with outlook 2016. come to find out apple no longer allows this. seems everyone is pushing everything to the cloud. so I looks like that is what I might have to do now as well.


so what has been everyones experience with using icloud. is it still a PIA or has it improved? I would appreciate hearing your experiences and what issues I should look out for before I do it.
