i was using ms office2007 (outlook), and now i upgrade to msoffice2010(outlook). after upgrading i when i start the outlook it seems all loaded as i was earlier.

but suddenly i see the retried window that retrieving 465 mails again, when all the mails was already loaded.............



it seems that in my email server the mails are already there. so should i have to delete all mails from my server or is there any other solution to stop retrieving duplicate mails............
