If it was me I would try to create a new profile for Outlook and connect it to the existing PST (data files) or copy what I need from the pst to the new empty folders.
If it does not help you, you can go back to using your current profile and nothing is lost. Could be that you have to tell outlook that you want to choose which profile you use at startup.

Thanks. I will play around with that. Having to designate a profile at startup could be more trouble than the confusion now.

Was hoping there was someplace--a file or profile--where the names of the 2 calendars could be changed or reversed. I can delete Calendar (2) but that's where my information is!
