Hi,
I've gone to my laptop to check emails and it's come up with this error when I try to send/receive emails: Task (my email) - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' It was perfectly fine yesterday. I've typed in new passwords and the network password box keeps coming up and I can't do anything. As another note, I also received this email from 'Virgin' a few days ago: Dear Subscriber , Your email account is limited, you will be unable to receive incoming mails, for your email has been included in our spam list system. We urge you to CLICK the link below to verify your email and remove your email from our spam list, else we shall shutdown your email account permanently. Click: <URL DELETED FOR PRIVACY> Email Administrator Team Staff, Customer Service Copyright © 2018 Virgin Media, All Rights Reserved. And thinking it was them, I opened it and followed the link as well as typing in my email and password (like an idiot), and now the day after this has happened, are these two things related? Any ideas on how to get it fixed? |
