Repaired then reinstalled office & used scanpst.exe still can't open

There's a bug somewhere but I can't figure out where. I've repaired and then reinstalling Office 2013 and used Scanpst.exe to repair the file. Each time I do that it says errors are found, and I opt to repair them, with no effect. The same applies when replacing the current Outlook.pst with a recent backup.

A similar error occurred a week ago, and was cleared by repairing Office twice.

Any ideas??
