Windows 10 Outlook not allowing group mailing lists

Microsoft is aware of the problem and they are working on it.

They have asked me to turn on the Beta version of outlook, (tab in the upper right hand corner of mail) and try that.

It allows me to select some groups but not all in the "to" field.

If I go to my "people" tab I am now able to select a group and send email to the group.

Not perfect yet by any means but an improvement.
