Hi all -
I have a coworker who changes the subjects of emails he receives to be more meaningful. He showed me how to do this by opening the email and just putting the cursor in the open email subject line. The problem I'm running into is that doing this only changes the subject of the email shown on the open version, not the version I see when viewing in list view. I have confirmed that the edited title successfully saves but is only viewable if I reopen the email. Any thoughts? Pics attached. |

Yes, that was the problem - I was viewing as conversations. Thanks.
