Hi...I'm using MS Office 2003 by the way...
I am attempting to put our church calendar on our website. Our administrative assistant already does her calendaring on Outlook so it would normally only require the Save As Webpage feature. However, here's the catch. She posts all of the appointments, some public and some private, on her calendar. Isn't there some way to show only the public items (or, better yet, certain categories) when we save it to the web? Additionally, while I'm here...another question. In addition to the A.A., the Pastor, Youth Director, Ministries Director and me as Webservant would like to access the calendar from our own PCs without any networking. Is there a better way other than simply agreeing on a format and each person saving as webpage as they go? Finally...how about changing the colors and fonts on the web version? I know I can add a background but that's about all I can see. Suggestions? Thanks to everyone for helping me out! |
