cannot access hyperlink in email
I cannot access any hyperlink in any of the emails I receive. An Outlook message window appears and tells me "This operation has bee cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".
 I cannot find where the restrictions are originating from on Windows 7.
