The error you are getting is related to Outlook and not your web browser.
The error message dialogue box shows Microsoft Office Outlook in the title bar section so that indicates the issue is part of Outlook.
The repair I mentioned above is not related to updating Office but is related to fixing any problems you are having with the programs. That would be my next suggestion at this stage other than trying an uninstall and reinstall of the entire MS Office program.
