Oh ok. Your profile says you have Windows 8.

Let's try a different approach and try running a repair on Office.
Right mouse click on the Start button and choose Settings. Then click the Apps icon.
On the right-hand side will be Programs and Features - click that link.
Scroll through the list of installed programs till you find your version of Microsoft Office. Select it and click Change. You will be offered the options to either run a Quick Repair or Online Repair. You can try the Quick option first or just go ahead and run the full Online Repair. Restart your computer once it completes and try the links again.
