Default How to backup which would you choose and why?

I currently have to perform backups for many computers that are using Outlook 2013 and the exchange system. I ve had a few ways of backing up each users mail but looking for a cheaper, easier way to do so.

My options I have are;

1) do each individual by exporting to the .pst file from outlook to a backup location , which is time consuming and tedious .

2) copy and past the .ost file where it is stored at on the system to a backup location, which is all so time consuming and tedious because I have to do each computer

3) use a outside 3rd party such as Veeam office 365 backup or systools to perform the backups which raise the cost.

Are there any Free solutions or ways to perform the back up without having to do this on each computer?
