Outlook 2016 - Save attached files

Hi everybody



Can anyone help me to solve this unpleasant issue?
Sorry for my english I'll try to do my best to explain the problem.


When I want to save attached files from an email in one save process (save all as), outlook let me choose the folder where I want to save the files but after click OK it says:
"Impossible to save the object. Impossible to find the file. Verify that path and name file are correct".

If I look the folder I chose I notice there is just one file and not all.

What could be the problem ?
