Hi
The standard Outlook group calendar may do the trick.
So everyone adds to/edits/deletes in their own calendar and you combine everything in one view.
Here a link to microsoft explanation of it

You can alternatively try Exchange Group Calendar
Again you work in your personal calendar but what you do there is synced to shared calendars if your item is relevant to that combined calendar. (based on category, subject etc.)
