Hello,
I am a therapist and would like to use Outlook 2016 to keep track of my clients instead of a CRM. I create a Word 2016 file for the medical information which is updated at each appointment. I know I can put a link of my word file in the 'notes' box of the contacts file. I know I could write the information directly in the note box as well, but the last one would be hard to save the files. I would like to know if there is a way I can have a preview of the Word file, which would be in 'documents', in the 'notes box' of the contact file? Also, When I create an 'appointment' in the calendar I put the name of my client in the subject box but there is no link with the contact file of the 'client'. I do not want to create a 'meeting' because it wants an email adress and send a confirmation of the meeting. It's for my agenda only. Is there a way I can put the name istead of a subject in 'appointment'? |
