I have 2010 installed with two accounts:



1. My primary company-installed email account
2. An added personal email account (it's a hotmail account)

I've added the personal account successfully, but whenever I delete emails from
the personal account, it takes about 4 seconds to complete.

The primary company account is fine.

I set up the personal account by manually setting up an IMAP account with the following:

1. Incoming server: imap-mail.outlook.com
2. Outgoing: smtp-mail.outlook.com
3. outgoing server requires authentication
4. incoming encryption: SSL
5. outgoing encryption: TLS


Anyone know why it takes so long to delete an email?
