I have recently had two problems arise in Outlook. (1) Suddenly I can't print my email messages, although the printer works with every other program on the computer. (2) When I attempt to view videos the come as attachment to email messages, RealPlayer starts and then.........nothing.


Any helpful suggestions would be helpful.
