Hello,
I just started a new position at work and am in the process of setting up my email. I will be sending large numbers of emails that require follow-up. Some of these emails will go to multiple recipients while others will go to a single person. Many of them will involve multiple replies. I have created a rule as part of a Quick Step that the email message ("Ref to case/" is the Subject name) will have a flag for review in 3 days. I tried creating a separate rule for when I receive a message with "RE: Ref to case/" it is filed into a specific folder (Follow-Up). That part has worked fine. What I would like, however, is that when I respond, I would like the received email to move to a Follow-Up Complete folder, the initial flag to be marked as complete, and a new flag to be created for 3 days out. I would like this to happen every time I respond, so that an ongoing conversation will always have a current 3 day flag until I mark it as complete. Because I tend to work quickly and will be repeating this process repeatedly, I would like to automate it as much as possible. Can anyone offer suggestions? Thank you in advance!! |
