I am using Office 2010.



I have created a signature block which is set to appear on all new messages. When I close the programme down and then open I back up again:

1. Sometimes it drops the signature as default in a new message.
2. It does not store the signature block and it is no longer in the list of signature blocks.

The others on the same exchange server are not having the same issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.
