Keyboard shortcut or QAT button for a saved paragraph style?
I'm using Outlook 2013 on three computers (running either Windows 7 or 8.1). I want to create one paragraph style consisting of French Proofing, Times New Roman 12 Black Font, and Single Spacing and another one that's the same except for English Proofing. I would like to be able to associate these styles with either a QAT button or a keyboard shortcut. (I already have QAT buttons to switch between French and English Proofing, but they are based on my default e-mail font, Segoi UI 10 blue.) Will I have to learn VBA to create either of these possibilities? I thought it was possible to create and save a customized style, but every time I've done so, it's never present among the styles when I go looking for it the next time I want to use it.
I've been trying to do this for weeks and would really be grateful for help. Thanks!
