I've been handed a problem from a friend who's installed Office 2016 and when he set up his personal email account through Outlook via IMAP, only a couple of hundred of the 22,000-plus emails are visible.
The actual count of 22,000 is there as a number, but when you scroll down it stops very, very short of that number. Using Windows 7 32-bit. When I go to the old browser-based account, it's a hosting company and not one of the web-based email accounts, I can scroll through all 22,000-plus emails by page number. Am I missing this 'page' setup on Outlook 2016? Hope someone can help. Thanks. |
