Hi I am creating mails from Acces via SendObject command in VBA. This works fine, the mail is created and sent to Outlook, it appears in the Outlook mail out box. Outlook shows a message " mail 1 of x in progress" but it is never sent out. I addresssed it to my own mail box, it never arrives and the messages " mail 1 of x in progress" never disapears. When I open the mail in the mail out box and change mail address no improvement, when I open it, copy the content and paste it in a new mail opened under outlook control, send, it appears in my in box within a second. It looks like the problem is connected to the mail created by SendObject command, manually created it works, with SendObject it does not. I do not see it as an Access problem but an outlook related problem. Any idea ? any help ? Xinqi

Try opening Outlook first. Then run your macro to send an email.
