Howdy Folks,
I work in a small company and I have a question regarding calendars in Outlook. We are all in the process of switching to Office 365 so within a week or so we’ll all be on the same version. What we want to do is create a calendar that we can share between the 8 of us that we can put things like days off, doctors’ appointments and scheduled vacations. This would be separate from existing calendars however; nobody else cares about seeing my mom’s birthday and whatnot! Ideally the calendar would be easy to manipulate. We do not need it for scheduling meetings as such. With this few people in the office we can have a companywide meeting just by speaking in the hallway! I have watched a couple of videos trying to figure out how to do what we are looking for and I have seen how we can “share” each other’s calendars, but is there a way for us to share a single, seperate one? I appreciate any input at all, thank you! Mark |

Are there any moderators around here? I see lots of questions being posted but very few answers!
