On my laptop I have the address book setup as below

Name Display Name Email address
A,N,Other A.N.Other Full email address.

When I go to my PC under display name it has the name and full email address, if I alter it to read as above it then alters my laptop to read under the display name the full email address.

How do I stop this happening?
I am not exactly computer literate so simple instructions please
