Hello,

For MS Outlook 2010

1. Select the File tab > Info tab.
2. Choose Automatic Replies (Out of Office).
(Note: If you do not see this option, you are not using an Exchange account.)
Within Automatic Replies window , choose Send Automatic Replies .
3. If you want to specify a set time and date range, check Only send during this time range. Then finally, set the Start time, and End time.
Within Inside my organization tab, type the message that you want to send within your organization, and in Outside my organization tab, type the message that you want to send outside your organization.

Thanks & Regards,
Anjlua
