Hello, So here is the problem: A couple users at my company are having a weird issue with the interface after deleting emails in Outlook2010. They will be deleting multiple emails consecutively in their inbox when all of a sudden, the remaining visible emails are an identical copy of a different email. If they click on one of the emails it will turn back into the email it was before. I might have explained it in a confusing way so ask me any questions you might have. I'm in the process of getting a screenshot but waiting on the user, so one might be coming. I've tried re-installing Office, re-building Outlook profile, reset the view in Outlook, deleted the users local profile, and re-imaged their computer. We're using Windows 7, and Exchange 2010 on 2008 R2. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. |
