Outlook 2013 Starts but Doesnt Open

Dear Forum

My Outlook 2013 on Windows 10 seems to start, but doesnt show me the main display, only the Task Bar Outlook icon Flashes, and the Reminders opens.

ive opened in Safe Mode and disabled all Add Ins but it still doesnt open. Add Ins are unticked and not unloaded. Opens fine in Safe Mode.

any further ideas what its doing and how to get it to open?
