prevent email from being sent to specific email address

Hi

I do a lot of email marketing and I was wondering if it is possible for outlook standard 2010 to prevent me from sending a email to a email address that I have already sent a email to so I don't send the same email to a email address that I have already sent the email to

hope that makes sense
