I use Outlook for 3 different email addresses each with its own PST, however one of the PST's keeps getting corrupted where I'm getting an error "An unknown error has occurred. 0x8004060". Searching Google everything says to try the Outlook Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.exe) to repair the *.pst file. I have done this probably 10 times or more over the last 8-10 months and it usually fixes it, for a while anyway, until now. I am ran the PST through the ScanPST program 3 times and I still get the error when trying to download my email.
Can anybody help me with this problem? |
