Secondary IP address Outlook Fail-over

Is there any way that multiple IP addresses can be configured for Outgoing and Incoming Servers?
Like if I want that Oultook should first try to access A.B.C.D and if it does not respond then it automatically switch to L.M.N.O ip address. All i want is a failover mechanism. Please help
