Panic over!

I have just tried another option and have re-entered my email account name and password in this section and now all appears to be working.

Thank you SO much for your help - I have been struggling with this for days, and various 'Googled' solutions were just taking me around in circles. I had read that the Outlook.com serveres were being upgraded, and guessed that this might have been behind the problem. I was becoming resigned to the fact that I might have to buy a new copy of Office - which is overkill for the amount I use it.

I am now getting my Outlook.com emails delivered to my 'Main' email account - rather than having a duplicate set of folders under another tab labelled with my outlook.co email address - which is considerably neater as I have a large collection of emails from my former ISP filed there.

Thanks again.

Regards

Brian
