I have an extra profile that is left over from whatever Outlook 2013 did or whatever I did to it last night.
Trying to add an extra email led to a totally delightful disaster. After importing a backup pst file, I think proceeded to add my five email addresses.
The old profile which doesn't work anyway should be deleted, wouldn't you think? Please advice one at a time. Thank you.
