This is a new problem which I'm sure no one else has encountered. Googling this up, I'm amazed at the answers that don't work.

I've got five different email accounts with various folders. In my pop account, mail disappears when I put it in the Deleted Items.


On the Microsoft Exchange settings, they do not show as read.
Also, I have created a rule by which some mail is transported to a particular folder. When I read it in that folder, it does not show as read.
Is there some magical formula that will actually work and if so, please Diane, inform us what it is. Thanks!
