![]() Hello, I am trying to figure out why outlook 2007 keeps nesting the contacts folders. If I click on Contacts and change to folder view. I get the following layout: -[Contacts] ___-[Contacts] _____-[Contacts] _______-[Contacts] _________[Sales](8) ________[Accounting](5) This is what we do. Whenever new employees are hired, they are issued phones or tablets and we push the GAL contacts from an exchange 2010 server to everyone. The other day my boss was looking at outlook and saw that the contacts folder had contacts sub-folders and he didn't like that. So, I got assigned the task to find out how to fix that. So, with that said, my questions is the following: How are these folders created? Are the nested sub-folders added when we do the GAL contacts push from the exchange server? If so, how do push contact to overwrite the contacts folder rather than creating subfolders. ![]() |
