I have a user that uses Categories extensively. We are a O366 users, with Outlook 2010 32bit. She is using 3.2gb of data. She opened Outlook today and all her categories were gone. Any clue to the problem besides using a obsolete email client? Or probable a corrupt local pst file. Anyway need a logical way to explain it and the usual never had that problem before....

Fixed. I had her go to the Data Properties and select Upgrade to Color Categories... That seemed to fix the issue.
