Hi Aussie,

To move email messages into archive folder by online method, you can just use the following shown method:

Method 1: You can use the drag and drop method in following two days:

Drag the emails from PST files and then drop them into the archive folder.

Drag the emails from Primary mailbox into archive folder.

Method 2: Try importing PST data from PST files and if you don’t want to keep the duplicate items then while Importing data from PST files use the option “Do not import duplicates”.

Method 3: Or you can use the Auto archive method to move the messages automatically to the archive folder.
