Outlook Calendar .csv Countdown Problem
I am retiring and want to have a countdown set up in my Outlook Calendar to that magic day. I learned that I can set up a .csv file in Excel with the necessary information and import it to the Calendar in Outlook. I used this strategy successfully at work with no issues. In attempting this at home I get a message indicating that this is "not supported by the service provider." This makes no sense, as my service provider is Comcast and they have NO connection to my Office 2016 suite other than as a transmitter and receiver of e-mails. Can someone please help me get this set up and working in my Outlook Calendar? Thanks! Greg |

From your description it would seem that your company uses an Exchange server e-mail account whereas your home one uses POP or IMAP and you need the Exchange server to provide the functionality that you are trying to incorporate.

Tried to Change to Exchange Server
Changed to Exchange Server as my default (MSN.com e-mail) and still can't get it to accept the .csv file. Still issuing me the same feedback "Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it." Other suggestions or ideas?
