Autocorrection won't work

Hello everyone,
The autocorrection featue doesn't work, how can it be fixed?
For example, if I type Helo, I want Outlook to automatically insert Hello instead and without me having to do anything.

Options > Mail > Spelling and Autocorrect > Autocorrect Options, tick Replace text as you type
