![]() Hi, I’m new to the forum so if my two questions have been asked before I apologize. I have MS Office 2007 Professional, which apart from Outlook is fine. In Outlook I am not receiving (or sending) any messages and the synchronization with the serve seems to have been cut. I get an error 3219 message and it may be connected with Hotmail Connector. Online searches have not been able to solve the problem. If anyone has any solutions I’d be very grateful. If I am unable to solve it I may consider MS Office 365, but would need to back up my PST files before uninstalling Office 2007 and then installing 365; what is the best way to back up and retrieve PST files? Many thinks. Jules7 |
