As the Outlook editor is based on Word, you should be able to use a macrobutton field. Press CTRL+F9 and between the brackets type :

MACROBUTTON NoMacro <Click to enter name>

Thus {
MACROBUTTON NoMacro <Click to enter name> }

Right click and select Toggle field and you will see
<Click to enter name>

Click into that text and type. The field will be replaced with what you type.
